I gotta say, for the price I paid, I couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfy, and the view of the sea from my window was beautiful. Plus, the location was spot on! It was right in the heart of the city, making it super easy for me to explore all the cool spots in Izmir. The staff were really helpful too, they even parked my car for me when I arrived. Kudos!
Breakfast items could use a little improvement, maybe more variety?

Unbeatable location right on the waterfront, very helpful staff, and comfortabls, well appointed room. Have booked for second trip to Izmir.
A gym would have been nice. Also, taxi driver was confused by the 2 kordon otels-would be helpful for website to emphasise need to stipulate kordon pasaport.

The hotel's interior decoration was simply exquisite, with elegant furnishings and a charming ambiance. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and immaculately clean, making it a pleasure to spend time in. As a senior traveler, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easily navigable corridors and conveniently located elevators.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff specifically tailored towards senior guests. A dedicated concierge service or a personal escort to help with luggage and provide guidance around the hotel would have enhanced the vacation experience for senior travelers like myself.

Good location just near the port.
But for that price I would have expected services like swimming pool, spa and the like.Panoramic bar opens only from 4-10 PM

The Hotel's location was excellent for arranging bus trips outside of Izmir as the bus companies were located nearby. It was also within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars.
The only complaint that we had was that there is a boat which holds weddings, parties and discos which is moored right outside the hotel. It is quite noisy at night when in dock and even more noisy when it comes back in which was normally around 2.30 am in the morning. This happens most nights.

The Windy Story of Herbs' Alacati Herb Festival was a treat with delicious food and drinks. The museums were cultural highlights. Amenities provided convenience with free wifi and helpful staff. I enjoyed relaxing in front of the two TVs.
Just loved figuring out all the Turkish TV channels. So much fun!

The hotel's decoration is elegant and has a cozy atmosphere. The general areas are well-maintained, and I especially loved the beautiful lobby with comfortable seating areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with ramps and handrails throughout, making it convenient for me to navigate.
It would have been nice if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.
